The standard king room was comfortable, but the bar service was painfully slow.

the hotel was super clean n modern, felt comfy with a great bed, airy room. the staff were friendly n helpful like, really nice. also the breakfast was way better than expected, an extensive buffet with lotsa choices like full english n pastries. the pool was nice n warm, we had a fun time there with the family.

The breakfast had loads of options and was served really well. when we had an issue with noise in our room, the staff were super quick to help us out and moved us to a quieter room. it was really friendly and helpful all around. rooms are clean and comfy too.

Had a great time with friends exploring the Peak District and visiting a Theme Park perfect for kids. The Leisure Club was ideal to relax after our adventures. I recommend trying the full breakfast for excellent value, especially since kids eat free!

Great stay for a wedding

We stayed overnight for my daughter's wedding prep and the room was lovely! Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was really tasty. Only bummer was we had to check out at 1pm when we were promised 2, which crunched our plans a bit. comfy place to rest before a busy day.

The air conditioning in room 260 rattled annoyingly throughout the night. luckily, I was moved to a quieter room, although it had a wonky bedside lamp and a faulty hall light. the noise from inconsiderate guests at night was a distraction, making it difficult to catch some quality shut-eye.
